Service Description

Mentoring relationships can be formal or informal with substantial variation, but the essential components include creating caring, empathetic, consistent, and long-lasting relationships, often with some combination of role modelling, teaching, and advising. Alternatively, the three-month mentoring programme with a series of mentoring sessions will provide insight. An initial first session will last up to 90 minutes, including goal setting and agreement on the key priorities for the mentoring programme, weekly or fortnightly mentoring sessions depending on what is required.
