KANVAS APPOINTMENT POLICIES
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLiCY
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.
If that happens, we respectfully request 48hrs or more for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled. All appointments may be rescheduled once.
Charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled via formal notification within 24 hours, will result in loss of redeemable deposit fee.
There may be an additional fee of £5.00 assessed and processed if we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment. “NO SHOW” bookings may be dismissed from future appointments.
PAYMENT
The full outstanding payment for personal and wellbeing services must be paid before or upon arrival or upon completion of your appointment. Professional services must be paid and confirmed in advance of the booking. Cash or bank transfer are the accepted payment methods.

We have a 10-min grace period.

SILENT APPOINTMENTS
For those clients who want to relax, sleep and enjoy the therapeutic elements of treatment, please click silent appointment to add onto your booking to enable us to best accommodate your request.
Although 100% silence may not be guaranteed.
PATCH TEST
Tinting services require patch testing at least 48hrs before treatment. Safety First- No Test. No tint.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Parking is available and location is close to local transport-
bus stop and train links. The nearest train station is Beckenham hill (0.49 miles)
We provide tea, coffee or soft drinks. The studio is well ventilated, accessible and sanitised before each client.
